Australia ISPs ban two more Curaçao-linked casinos following ACMA request
Curaçao-licensed Richard Casino and Wanted Win were deemed to be operating in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has requested that internet service providers block two black-market casinos with Curaçao licences.
Both Richard Casino and Wanted Win were found to be in breach of Australia’s Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
The Richard Casino brand is owned by Hollycorn NV and has a registered address in Cyprus.
Wanted Win is owned by DAMA NV Casinos and also has a residence in Cyprus.
Both DAMA NV and Hollycorn NV had brands blocked by the ACMA in June when Jackpoty, A Big Candy and John Vegas Casino were closed off to Australian players.
The regulator may resort to blocking websites if a particular site provides banned or unlicensed interactive gambling services to Australian players.
Publishing ads for banned or unlicensed casinos may also result in an ACMA embargo.
A statement from the regulator said: “Since the ACMA made its first blocking request in November 2019, 1,011 illegal gambling and affiliate websites have been blocked.
“Over 220 illegal services have also pulled out of the Australian market since the ACMA started enforcing illegal offshore gambling rules.
“The ACMA is reminding consumers that even if a service looks legitimate, its unlikely to have important consumer protections. This means our laws can’t help if something goes wrong, like if the service provider withholds winnings.”
