Already Media’s M&A drive continues with Live Casino Comparer acquisition
Affiliate acquires the casino review platform for an undisclosed sum, as it snaps up another portal following M&A drive in 2024
Already Media has completed the acquisition of casino comparison portal Live Casino Comparer as the Warsaw-headquartered business’ M&A pipeline continues to prove fruitful
As part of the undisclosed deal, Already Media will look to rebuild the site’s platform to enter new markets and debut new content formats.
Live Casino Comparer founder Neil Walker will be kept on as an adviser and play an “active part” with the site’s content team.
Walker will also aid with the scaling up of the site’s content output across both B2B and B2C verticals.
The deal marks the latest stage of Already Media’s growth strategy of “acquiring trusted affiliate brands and elevating them through its technology-led approach”, the business said.
The transaction follows on from Already Media’s acquisition of affiliate brand PokerListings in 2024, having migrated the site to a new platform and entered into different regions.
The firm also snapped up India-facing portal Sports Khabri and made its debut in 17th place in EGR Power Affiliates last month.
The undisclosed deal was brokered by M&A advisory specialists Corfai Capital, which has emerged as a key name in the affiliate M&A space in the past 12 months.
The firm helped broker Better Collective’s move for UK affiliate AceOdds back in May 2024, in addition to the deal which saw Game Lounge buy Meneer Casino in November.
