Addison Global hires new CMO as Viktor Hoffman departs
Former Marathonbet CEO returns to the UK after less than a year in the role

Viktor Hoffman has left his role as Addison Global’s chief marketing officer less than a year after joining the Gibraltar-based firm, EGR Intel can reveal.
Addison Global told EGR Hoffman had returned to the UK with his family after joining the company from Marathonbet in September last year as part of a major hiring spree at the start-up.
“We wish to thank Viktor Hoffmann for his time in being part of MoPlay’s first steps,” said Addison Global CEO Juergen Reutter.
The firm launched its first UK site, MoPlay, last month on an SBTech platform, but pledged to add more product features before the new football season.
Hoffman will be replaced at Addison by Nir Hakarmeli who is currently gaming director at Ladbrokes Coral.
Hakarmeli will be starting as CMO at the end of September, with Reutter carrying out CMO duties in the interim.
Reutter added: “Next to sponsorship and brand development, performance-based marketing and retention management will be an integral part of the marketing discipline.
“Nir is bringing in the international experience and product know-how to drive MoPlay’s user acquisition and engagement strategies on global scale.”
The former Marathonbet chief executive did not respond to an EGR request for comment.
