Addison Global continues hiring spree with senior William Hill appointment
Mark Henrich joins the Gibraltar-based betting start-up as general counsel after leading Hills’ Online legal team

Addison Global has hired William Hill Online’s director of legal and commercial affairs, Mark Henrich, to become the Gibraltar-based start-up’s new general counsel, EGR Intel can reveal.
Henrich, who previously worked as a private practice lawyer in Gibraltar and London, will join Addison’s senior executive team on 18 December after more than five years in Hills’ Online legal team.
“I am incredibly excited about joining Addison – I believe it has all of the components, not least the vision and strategy, to make a successful entrance into the remote gambling space,” Henrich told EGR Intel.
He is the latest in a string of senior hires made by the fledgling operator in recent weeks, including the appointment of Marathonbet CEO Viktor Hoffmann as its new chief marketing officer.
Addison Global’s exec team currently consists of CEO Juergen Reutter, William Hill’s former chief experience officer, as well as chief strategy officer Nyreen Llamas, previously a partner at Hassans International Law Firm, and COO Patrick Jay.
“The executive team’s experience in the industry, both in-house and as external advisers, reflects a pedigree which is highly unusual in a normal start-up scenario and this is because it is definitely not your average start-up,” Reutter previously told EGR Intel.
The company currently has over 30 employees based in Gibraltar but is aiming for an initial footprint of around 70 employees, with plans to have outsourced services elsewhere.
