888 reveals board committees reshuffle ahead of dual departure
Shakeup comes as ESG chair Andria Vidler heads to Allwyn and CFO Yariv Dafna edges closer to departure

888 has announced its latest board committee members ahead of Andria Vidler and Yariv Dafna departing the company on 30 September and 2 October, respectively.
As announced on 19 July, Vidler resigned from the board of directors and as chair of the ESG committee as she prepares to take on the CEO role at incoming National Lottery operator Allwyn.
On 2 October, Dafna will step down from his role on the board and as CFO and will hand his responsibilities to chief strategy officer Vaughan Lewis. 888 has confirmed former Superbet head Sean Wilkins will replace Dafna in February.
As a result, 888 has moved to fill the gaps presented by Vidler’s impending departure.
Vidler’s replacement as chair of the ESG committee will be Anne de Kerckhove, who also chairs the nominations committee. De Kerckhove will be joined by Mark Summerfield and Ori Shaked.
Shaked will also work with de Kerckhove on the nominations committee, alsongside Limor Ganot, with the trio having played a role in helping source Wilkins as Dafna’s replacement as CFO.
Lord Mendelsohn will join the nominations committee from 16 October, once he resumes his role as non-executive chair in tandem with Per Widerström joining the company as CEO.
Elsewhere, Summerfield remains chair of the audit committee, alongside Ganot and Andrea Gisle Joosen.
Joosen has also been named as chair of the remuneration committee, and will be supported by de Kerckhove and Ganot.
Finally, Michael Alonso, an external Nevada lawyer who is not on the board of directors, will chair the gaming compliance committee. Summerfield and Shaked represent the other two members of the committee.
