888 chief product officer heads for exit after 12 years
Roee Peled, who stepped up to the role in January, to leave London-listed firm after more than a decade of service

888 chief product officer (CPO) Roee Peled has left the London-listed company after more than 12 years with the firm.
Peled originally joined 888 in June 2011 as a CRM product manager before stepping up to become a platform product team leader in May 2012.
Two promotions in three years saw the product expert named cross product and regulations manager, and then product management and regulations director in November 2015.
Peled then took his first step up to VP level in March 2018 after being appointed vice-president of compliance operations.
His penultimate role with the firm saw him named VP of product in June 2019 before transitioning to become CPO in January 2023.
Touching on his departure, Peled said: “It’s not every day you leave your home away from home for the last 12 years.
“Today marks my last day at 888. It has been a long, meaningful and exciting journey, and I have a lot to be thankful for.
“We have designed and built the finest products in the industry, and we’ve done it together, with an amazing team who is second to none.
“I was also extremely lucky to have made some lifelong friends, who I’m sure will continue to be part of my next adventures wherever I go,” he added.
Peled’s departure marks the second senior exit from 888 in recent days, following the departure of head of B2C Shai Tabibian.
