4Poker goes live with “rolling beta” launch
Poker startup rides wave of interest from the Caribbean and Brazil as it launches product earlier than anticipated

Startup poker operator 4Poker has flicked the switch on a rolling beta version of the site following an increase in player interest.
The Isle of Man-based firm said that due to growing demand from the Caribbean and Brazil it had taken the decision to launch the beta site before it had originally planned.
The operator said it had initially slated the platform to go live when tournaments were ready to be launched, but such was the level of interest it had decided to go live early.
4Poker confirmed that tournament schedules were being planned and that multi-table tournament testing had been positive in the lead up to the soft-launch.
To coincide with the beta launch, 4Poker has also launched a series of acquisition strategies including cashback on deposits and the chance to win a seat at in-person poker tournaments later this year.
The operator also said it was taking feedback on the platform as it gears up for a full launch in the coming months.
4Poker is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and said its offering was open to global audiences.
However, in jurisdictions that are locally licensed such as the UK or the US, 4Poker is not available.
Last year, 4Poker hired former Flutter International director Heath Cram as COO.
