Slots Tracker: Play’n GO holds onto top spot in March
Book of Dead makes it back-to-back gold medals in the rankings, while Pragmatic Play accounts for almost 50% of all games in the top 20

Play’n GO’s Book of Dead retained its position at the top of the EGR Slots Tracker in March after displacing Pragmatic Play back in February.
Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash retained their second and third spots, respectively.
NetEnt’s Starburst remained in fourth place, while another Pragmatic Play game in the shape of Gates of Olympus was unmoved in fifth.
Fluffy Favourites by Eyecon moved into the top half of the rankings, ticking up from 11th to 10th in March.
Games Global’s Gold Blitz Extreme was the biggest mover last month, jumping 15 places from 27th to 12th.
However, the studio’s standard Gold Blitz game was the month’s biggest faller, dropping 10 places to 18th.
Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe, another Pragmatic Play title, rose 13 places to land in 11th place.
While Play’n GO maintained its gold medal position, Pragmatic Play’s sheer number of games in top 20 paints a picture of relative dominance.
The studio has nine titles in the top 20, including five in the top 10.
EGT’s Shining Crown was the highest-ranking title from February (15th) to fall out of the top 20 completely in March.
Elsewhere, eGaming Monitor (EGM) data revealed the top-ranking new slots released since 1 January 2025.
Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Return to the Races took the top spot in March following its 25 February release.
The studio’s 5 Lions Megaways 2 (14 February release) and Bigger Bass Splash (3 February) took the silver and bronze medals, respectively, in the new games rankings.
Games Global’s Enchanted Genie Power Combo was the title with the latest release date (17 March) to make it into the top 20.
EGM, EGR’s data partner, tracks casino sites to help collate the monthly slots rankings. It analyses game pages of more than 3,600 casino sites globally, with the European rankings being based on the number of game tiles found for each game across operator sites in regulated markets.
More than 1,300 sites were covered by EGM in Europe for the March rankings.
EGM limits its tracking to just the main casino homepage of each site, with the tracker taking in slots, instants, scratch cards, slingo and crash games but excluding table games, live games, video poker, video bingo and others.
For the March rankings, EGM tracked 16,766 games from 440 studios in 30 European regulated markets including the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
