Slots Tracker: No change in November as Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes delivers again
Top spot seemingly locked down as IGT can only consolidate podium positions in penultimate month of 2022
November’s US Slots Rankings continued the main theme of 2022, that of the dominance of Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes, which has locked-out the top spot for almost the entire year.
The penultimate iteration of the 2022 rankings saw no change in the top spot, however IGT’s slots catalogue continues to jockey for positions two to four, with Cash Eruption leaping from fifth into second spot.
Perennial podium positioners Cleopatra, which remained unchanged from October, and Fortune Coin, which slumped from second spot to fourth, were left in the wake of this jump.
ReelPlay’s Hypernova MegaWays fell one spot to fifth in November, just ahead of Evolution/Netent’s Divine Fortune in sixth and two ahead of the month’s biggest climber, Evolution- Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza, which jumped five positions into 12th spot.
November saw four re-entrants to the US Slots Rankings, with Light & Wonder’s Terrific Tiger Coin Combo the highest placed of the four in ninth position.
Evolution’s Starburst, Light & Wonder’s Coin Combo Marvellous Mouse and IGT’s Wheel of Fortune Ruby Riches rounded out the month’s returning slots games.
Big fallers in the month were Light & Wonder’s Carnival Cow Coin Combo, which dropped seven positions to 14th spot, Everi’s Cash Machine and IGT’s Cleopatra Gold, which each fell four positions to 15th and 20th positions, respectively.
Three slots made their debut in the US Slots Rankings in November, namely Light & Wonder’s Dancing Drums Prosperity, AGS’s Capital Gains, and Light & Wonder’s Raven’s Reveal.
A total of 27 sites were scrutinized as part of the November tri-state sample, including 131 webpages and 1,406 games.
Games are ranked by their position throughout the month across all online casino sites in New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Only the ‘main’ page of the casino is taken into account and the top 20 most prominent positions on those pages.
The ranking is calculated as the total number of hours the game was in the top 20 positions throughout the month. Each casino page is tracked at least once every 24 hours. Table games such as roulette and blackjack are excluded from the rankings, as are live casino games.
