Oddschecker insights: 888sport showing strong momentum heading into Cheltenham
Evoke-owned brand records largest leap in clickshare versus 2024, while William Hill also hit a new high for horseracing clickshare during February

Oddschecker has revealed that 888sport has the strongest momentum heading into the Cheltenham Festival with the largest gains in horseracing clickshare compared to 2024.
The evoke-owned bookmaker has gained 1.6 percentage points in clickshare on the affiliate’s horseracing grid, putting its share at 5.1% versus 3.5% in 2024.
Unibet was close behind, with the FDJ United-owned operator’s clickshare rising from 4.2% to 5.3%. Betway took the final podium place as a “momentum brand”, with a 0.9 percentage point rise to 2.6%.
LiveScore Bet is up 0.6 percentage points to 1.9% clickshare and Ladbrokes has gained 0.5 percentage points to 4.4%, oddschecker revealed.
There was another win for London-listed evoke as William Hill hit a record-high horseracing clickshare in February, reaching 16.5%.

Oddschecker said: “This milestone solidified its [William Hill] position as the second-ranked oddschecker racing bookmaker, closing the gap on bet365.
“The surge was largely driven by the return of its Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) offer, which has proven hugely popular with punters.”
Bet365 took the clickshare crown for the Cheltenham Festival last year with 19.4%, ahead of William Hill with 12.5%.
Hills also took four percentage points of betshare and a 1.6 percentage point of clickshare across the whole oddschecker grid in February compared to January.
Additionally, the brand was recognised as having the top-performing offer last month, with its ‘Bet £10 get £60 in free bets’ edging out bet365’s ‘Bet £10 get £50 in free bets’ bonus.
Looking at the betting patterns ahead of action getting underway at Prestbury Park next week, oddschecker also published data on the most-backed horses so far.
Kopek Des Bordes, the 4/5 favourite for the Supreme Novices Hurdle, has emerged as the most-backed runner, attracting 21% more betslip clicks than Constitution Hill in second.

Nicky Henderson-trained Constitution Hill is odds-on for the Champion Hurdle, and the horse’s popularity means he has also garnered 56% more betslip clicks than third-placed Brighterdaysahead.
Arkle Chase favourite Majborough, and Galpin Des Champs, aiming for a third consecutive Gold Cup win, make the top five most-backed selections.
Elsewhere, oddschecker reported a 70% month-on-month increase in registrations, although it was down 3% against February 2024.
Registrations to first-time deposit conversion sat at 66%, with PricedUp the best-performing operator with 89%.
