GR8 Tech to master the one-day platform launch in 2025
EGR sat down with Denys Parkhomenko, GR8 Tech’s chief product officer, at ICE Barcelona to discuss the firm’s latest product launch and its plans for the year ahead

EGR: GR8 Tech’s Sportsbook Turbo iFrame took centre stage at ICE Barcelona. What were its biggest successes in 2024 and what’s changing for 2025?
Denys Parkhomenko (DP): With the iFrame solution, we only started work on it in the middle of last year and already we have more than 10 clients signed up. Some of them are already generating hundreds of thousands of euros in gross gaming revenue (GGR) per month with our solution.
It’s been a very quick start. We made a lot of improvements during the second half of 2024 to provide operators with a solid product in terms of risk management, very fast and easy integration as well as automation. The sportsbook might sometimes be a complicated product for the casino operator, so we created a lot of automation for that. Basically, it’s ready to integrate and create additional GGR.
EGR: What else is GR8 Tech unveiling this year in terms of product development and additions to the updated GR8 Tech portfolio?

DP: Our next focus for the iFrame solution will be extending the bonus system into two areas. The first is a money deposit bonus with wagering to allow operators to acquire a new user base, so more focus on sports betting. The second is integrating our gamification module with the avatar quest tournaments that have already had good results. It will not allow leverage of an operator’s existing user base for the casino but instead require a new user base, and so grow monthly active users and GGR turnover.
We are also promoting two new solutions, Infinite Casino Aggregation and Aff.Tech. With huge updates in terms of casino aggregation, we have more than 175 casino providers already on board with more than 15,000 games, so we have a pretty good volume and can discuss the price. Speaking about the Aff.Tech high-performance affiliate management platform, I would say our uniqueness here is that we are all very data-driven. We are geeks in this area. With our tools it is possible – and we see this with our current clients – to improve and reduce acquisition costs by more than 25%.
EGR: In terms of geography, are there further expansion plans on the horizon?
DP: We’ve already launched a number of geo-specific products and solutions tailored to different markets. In 2025, our main focus geographically will be Southeast Asia, where we see significant potential in countries like India and South Korea, among others. We are closely tracking those areas’ dynamics to identify the right opportunities. We are also starting work on improving and developing different modules, features and components that will support our entry in the very successful MENA [Middle East and North Africa] region. At the same time, GR8 Tech continues to strengthen its existing presence across markets in Europe, Latam and Africa. But now we want to expand to the east.
EGR: What do you predict industry needs will be this year and how can you get ahead of these?

DP: I think the industry will move towards more tough regulations across the globe and in emerging markets also. This is going to be the challenge for both the platform providers and the operators. On the other hand, it will grow the demand for crypto payments, crypto platforms and the leverage of blockchain technology. And that’s why, in terms of product development, this year we are focusing on making a huge update to the platform with crypto processing so players will be able to play in the cryptocurrency they want with no hassle and no conversions to fiat currency. That’ll include additional marketing tools, some content that is preferred by crypto players, some binary exchange and so on. We aim to launch this new product with our existing clients first and then, starting the second half of the year, we’ll be able to offer this solution to the rest of the market.
EGR: What else can we expect to see from GR8 Tech over the next 12 months?
DP: We have a very busy roadmap, with a strong focus on the clients who already have success stories in certain regions, as well as clients who have established operational teams. Our goal is to provide them with a turnkey solution tailored to their specific needs. We are also investing in extendable architecture, offering different APIs, tools and interfaces so our clients can build on top of the basic package. This includes features like custom analytical reports in a unique front-end, enhancements to our content management system and much more.
Flexibility remains a key priority, enabling operators to stand out in a highly competitive market. A big part of our value proposition is automation and personalisation in user experience. We are continuously expanding our sportsbook features, from AI-driven sports recommendations to automated CRM content generation, making it easier for operators to engage players effectively. We want to strike the right balance; build a platform packed with functionalities while keeping it easy to operate. With our solution, operators will only need a team of 10 to 15 people to efficiently run their gaming business.
Finally, speed is another major focus. One of our objectives for the first half of this year would be to be able to make the basic launch in one day. It’s around five days now. But, step by step, we’ll be able to provide a full set up to the platform in one day.
