Q: What makes Unibet Affiliates a great partner for affiliates?
A: We believe in consumer insight and in my opinion we deliver the best product in the market. We strive to deliver the best consumer experience possible, and in return we see amazing results in terms of acquisition conversion and lifetime value.
Q: Who is your business idol?
A: Daniel Ek, the founder of Spotify. A true entrepreneur, who identified an unlocked consumer need and revolutionised the user experience of listening to music to a whole new level.
Q: If you could work for any other business, which would it be?
A: As a passionate runner and cyclist, the sports industry would be fun. For example, working with marketing the sports gear that aims to help marathon elites run a race in under two hours.
Q: What makes a good affiliate manager?
A: I think a good affiliate manager is proactive, creative and analytical, with a strong focus on growing the business together with each affiliate. Every affiliate has its individual needs, and a great affiliate manager should strive to improve his or hers relationship with each affiliate to be their best possible partner.
Q: Describe what it is like to work for Unibet in three words.
A: Collaborative, innovative and fun.
Q: What is the best piece of advice youâve ever been given?
A: âDo what you love and the money will follow.â Follow your passion and not the rewards.
Q: Which one place would you most like to visit and why?
A: Japan – I love the food, the design, and Iâm fascinated by the culture on the other side of the world.
Q: What is your favourite way to relax?
A: When I cycle I disconnect from the world and focus on the present.
Q: What is your favourite book?
A: My Struggle, Karl Ove Knausgaard
Q: If you could have any super power for a day, what would it be and why?
A: I would love to be able to teleport myself â after having lived in Sweden, France, Norway, Canada, Denmark and now the UK, I have friends all over the world. It would be amazing to wake up for breakfast with my family in Sweden, spend the day in my favourite city, Paris, go for an aperitivo in Milan and then finish it all off at my best friendâs 30th birthday party in Stockholm.
Q: What is top of your bucket list?
A: I am a cyclist fan and follow Tour de France every summer, so I would love to climb up the massive Mont Ventoux, the hardest of all the Tour de France climbs.
Q: Which three people would you invite to your dream dinner party?
A: Barack Obama, Louis CK and Sir Bradley Wiggins.
