All the latest developments from the supplier side of the industry, including updates from TG Lab, EveryMatrix and GR8 Tech
TG Lab acquires SysGaming
TG Lab has acquired Brazil-based gambling software provider SysGaming in a bid to strengthen its position in the Latam market, with the supplier already present in Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay and Peru.
By acquiring SysGaming, TG Labs hopes to produce “bespoke, localised experiences in real-time” in both Spanish and Portuguese.
Two Latam-based operators powered by SysGaming, Paraguay’s Aposta.la and Argentina’s Playcet, will be integrated into TG Labs’ platform in “due course”.
TG Labs CEO Ugnius Simelionis said: “We see this move as the start of establishing our Latam leadership credentials. We’re already partnered with some of the market’s biggest brands, and we’re delighted to welcome SysGaming into the TG Lab group.
“SysGaming had established a strong reputation in Latin America for exceptional quality development, its localised games and impressive aggregator – all factors which made them a ‘perfect fit’ for the TG Lab ecosystem.
“Their innovative approach to game design and platform development is one to be admired and has undoubtedly allowed them to build a solid presence in the region.”
EveryMatrix’s omnichannel offering
EveryMatrix has delivered its first omnichannel turnkey platform partnership with Croatian operator ArenaCasino.
EveryMatrix’s omnichannel tech stack will replace ArenaCasino’s existing casino and sports platforms and offer its retail, online and mobile customers a new single wallet.
Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix CEO, said: “Partnering with a brand as respected as Arena to roll out our first omnichannel offering is a natural fit and builds on the significant momentum we’ve enjoyed at OddsMatrix [EveryMatrix’s sports betting software] and across the group.”
Hrvoje Delalic, ArenaCasino CEO, added: “We’ve grown rapidly in recent years but were limited in what we could do with our previous technology. We have huge growth ambitions and we firmly believe EveryMatrix is the ideal partner as we bid take both our retail and online product offering to the next level.”
GR8 Tech’s leadership reshuffle
GR8 Tech has confirmed that Oleksandr Feshchenko will become CEO at the turn of the year.
From 1 January 2025, the current deputy CEO and chief revenue officer (CRO) will lead the company while Sergey Ghazaryan, formerly the head of the casino business unit, will become CRO.
Feshchenko’s appointment came as current boss Evgen Belousov prepares to step down from a post he has held for two years.
Reflecting on his tenure, he explained: “Leading GR8 Tech has been nothing short of transformative. We’ve redefined what success looks like in our industry, achieving remarkable milestones in only two years’ time.
“We’ve laid down a strong foundation, and now, it’s time for a bold new chapter.”
Altenar’s latest lobby
Alternar has made significant changes to its horse and greyhound racing offering via a new single lobby with a series of fresh widgets.
The upgrade is designed to improve the user experience and allow users to discover upcoming races.
The refresh came just three months after the supplier launched its esports lobby.
Dinos Doxiadis, Altenar’s sportsbook product development manager, explained: “This latest upgrade to our solution follows a summer of significant product enhancements that position our technology as a real pioneer in the sports betting space.
“The racing lobby offers easier navigation for players, meaning they can find the races they are looking for with greater ease, ultimately boosting retention for our partners.”

BETER has joined forces with VeliTech in a deal designed to expand the reach of its fast betting products.
The collaboration includes the VeliTech platform integrating BETER’s 24/7 esports and sports content – consisting of live streams, real-time data and odds – and ensuring BETER’s operator clients are well-equipped to diversify their respective offerings.
BETER CEO Gal Ehrlich stated: “This is an important partnership for us as it significantly expands the reach of our sports and esports products among high-calibre operators in core markets worldwide.”
Tamar Skhirtladze, head of VeliSports at VeliTech, added: “Partnering with BETER allows us to provide high-quality betting content like Dota 2, LoL, CS2, ESportsBattle tournaments and Setka Cup to our clients, reinforcing VeliTech as a trusted technology partner supporting leading operators.”
Habanero lands Peru licence
Habanero’s Latam expansion has continued after the slots and table games supplier was granted a licence to provide its services in Peru.
Following approval from Peru’s foreign trade and tourism ministry, Habanero can now supply its vast portfolio to operators in the Peruvian market – the firm’s latest step after already securing licences in Colombia, Panama and Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Arcangelo Lonoce, Habanero’s head of business development, said: “Peru is one of the most promising up-and-coming markets in Latin America and we are delighted to position ourselves as a trusted and dependable supplier in the region.
“Being awarded this highly sought-after accreditation represents the next chapter of our growth strategy and allows us to keep supporting our current and future clients while introducing even more players to Habanero’s tried and tested titles.”

It analysed some standout moments, such as opening its new office in São Paulo, Brazil and launching the football tournament Gainblers UNOxUNO.
Heralding “key market expansions and high-impact initiatives” as standout factors behind the company’s growth, Betandeal insisted that Gainblers UNOxUNO, which involves fast-paced 30-minute matches, is “redefining sports entertainment”.
Laura Gago, Betandeal chief commercial officer, stated: “This project challenged us to push boundaries while maintaining our daily operations. I couldn’t be prouder of our team’s dedication and ingenuity.
