Traffic Lab acquires CasinoWings in Nordic affiliate push
Danish firm snaps up affiliate site in an undisclosed deal as CEO claims transaction will “further solidify a market-leading position”

Traffic Lab has acquired Swedish affiliate CasinoWings for an undisclosed fee as it looks to expand its footprint.
CasinoWings was founded in 2015 and, according to Traffic Lab, has established itself with a “strong SEO presence and user-focused design”.
The brand is owned by Tahoba, with the site live in Sweden, Finland, Japan, the UK and India.
According to the CasinoWings site, the platform is run by COO Andreas Holmsten and Daniel Tafvelin.
The platform focuses on online casino and boasts a ‘casino compass’ tool, whereby users can set filters to bring up casinos that best align with their preferences.
Filters include bonuses, types of game providers, wagering requirements, payment options and customer support services.
Traffic Lab, which jumped to 10th in the EGR Power Affiliates rankings this year, opened a new office in Copenhagen at the start of the year.
The affiliate said CasinoWings would “strengthen [its] market reach” in Sweden as it aims to bolster its presence in the Nordics.
Traffic Lab added: “CasinoWings’ strong industry standing and loyal user base perfectly reflect Traffic Lab’s commitment to empowering players and setting new standards in the igaming industry.”
Peter Gunni, Traffic Lab CEO, said: “This acquisition is an exciting addition to Traffic Lab, and to further solidify our market-leading position.
“By welcoming CasinoWings into our portfolio, we reinforce our commitment to innovation, growth and delivering exceptional value.
“Together, we are poised to bring our partners and players more dynamic, impactful offerings in igaming.
“Grateful to our team and partners for their dedication and support as we embark on this next chapter,” he added.
Gunni stepped up to become CEO in June having served as chief commercial officer since July 2022.
He replaced Traffic Lab’s founder Sebastian Agerskov, who decided to step away from the frontline after 10 years to focus on his family.
