Omnigame appoints former Playmaker Capital CEO to board
Industry veteran Jordan Gnat joins the Danish supplier with a view to helping the company expand its reach beyond its native market

Omnigame has appointed former Scientific Games and Playmaker Capital exec Jordan Gnat to the company’s board of directors.
Gnat joins the Danish supplier, which also runs a B2C site Pip with its proprietary slots content, having most recently served as CEO of Playmaker Capital from December 2020 to April 2024.
Gnat headed up the business as it was acquired by Better Collective for €176m in February, with Gnat also being added to Better Collective’s investment firm, Dreamcraft Ventures, as a limited partner.
Prior to heading to Playmaker Capital, Gnat served as chief commercial officer at Fox Bet from May 2019 to May 2020.
In addition to working as senior vice-president of The Stars Group for two years, Gnat spent seven years in various roles at Scientific Games (now known as Light & Wonder).
There, he served as managing director for Canada between September 2011 and December 2013, before transitioning to managing director of global business development where he held the role until October 2014.
Then, Gnat moved up to senior vice-president of strategic business development until he departed the business to join The Stars Group in July 2018.
Omnigame was founded in 2015 and launched the Pip brand in 2016. The business is led by co-CEOs Peter Weinreich and Mia Nyland-Evers.
Weinreich and Nyland-Evers have been in their posts since December 2021, with the former having originally joined the company as chief marketing and commercial officer in April 2020.
Nyland-Evers, a former Danske Spil exec, joined Omnigame in July 2021 as chief financial officer.
The Copenhagen-based business has around 60 staff, with 29 games in its current portfolio.
Speaking about his appointment, Gnat said: “Omnigame, and its pip.dk brand, offers an incredibly unique and exciting story and one am I delighted to become involved in.
“There is a strong plan in place for Omnigame to develop, and I look forward to working with the wider team on this journey to help leverage their unique positioning.”
Weinreich, Omnigame co-CEO, added: “We are delighted to welcome someone with as extensive and impressive a history as Jordan to our board of directors.
“We are entering an extremely exciting period of growth at Omnigame and are confident that Jordan’s advice and insight will be a really valuable resource for us as we look to the future.”
