Videoslots launches MegaRiches in the UK as CEO sends defiant warning to black market
Alexander Stevendahl suggests the operator's latest site can help players win a “life-changing amount” at legal, regulated sites rather than black-market counterparts

Videoslots has launched a new UK-facing online casino, MegaRiches.com, that is targeting “ambitious players seeking big wins”.
The operator’s latest offering includes jackpot slots, as well as ‘high volatility’ games that see every spin give the player the chance to pocket a large multiplier.
MegaRiches will use on Videoslots’ proprietary platform and will offer users the “Winbooster!” feature which dishes out extra winnings to players based on bets placed during the previous week.
This aspect of Videoslots most recent launch allows players to win as much as £300 in extra winnings every day, with all Winbooster! winnings accumulated and paid out at the end of each week.
MegaRiches becomes Videoslots fourth site in the UK, having previously launched the eponymous Videoslots site with both a dotcom and local domain, as well as MrVegas.
Videoslots has held an online casino licence from the Gambling Commission since November 2014 and added a land-based linked gambling software licence in March 2015.
The operator branched out into online sports betting after being awarded a licence from the regulator in December 2020.
MegaRiches is expected to expand its European presence beyond the UK before the end of the calendar year.
Alexander Stevendahl, Videoslots CEO, outlined his hopes for MegaRiches in the UK while adding that the site could assuage black-market leakage.
He said: “Players need to see that they can have fun and win big at fully legal, regulated sites.
“We can’t retreat and let offshore sites offer a better deal to players who want to win a life-changing amount. MegaRiches.com is for them: simple, safe, and generous, whether they spin with pennies or pounds.”
There has been plenty of activity within the Videoslots boardroom this year as the firm opted to continue the refresh of its C-suite.
In April, former Push Gaming head Clive Spiteri joined the group as its new CFO while ex-Raketech and Catena Media chief Klas Winberg arrived as chief commercial officer from Play North in February.
Former Ladbrokes and Playtech head Anna Komemi was named as COO of the Malta-based firm in January.
The C-suite reshuffle began in July 2023, when GGPoker’s Marco Trucco started his reign as chief marketing officer.
Last summer, Videoslots agreed to pay a £2m settlement to the Gambling Commission after the regulator discovered historic social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures.
