Catena Media snaps up ex-Caesars head as VP of corporate strategy
Pierre Cadena to join affiliate from Fox Entertainment in November to drive growth at the business

Catena Media has named former Caesars Entertainment exec Pierre Cadena as the affiliate’s new VP of corporate strategy.
Cadena will join the company on 1 November and will be based out of the US.
In his new role, Cadena will be responsible for “developing corporate strategy and supporting execution” across all parts of the Catena Media business.
He joins the Stockholm-listed firm from Fox Entertainment, where he currently serves as SVP and head of revenue and strategy for the group’s TMZ brand.
Cadena previously spent more than five years with both WarnerMedia and Caesars across a series of strategic and development roles.
The former Bank of America head also has industry experience in sitting on the board at Raketech and as an advisor to SCCG Management.
Michael Daly, Catena Media CEO, said: “We’re excited to welcome Pierre to Catena Media.
“His extensive expertise in strategic planning and executing growth for digital media and gaming companies will be a valuable asset for us and enable Pierre to play a core leadership role in our continued evolution in North America and beyond,” he added.
Elsewhere, Catena Media will release its Q3 financial report on 21 November. The affiliate reported a 60% decrease in adjusted EBITDA in August, while revenue and new depositing customers also slipped.
