Bet365 names new head of corporate affairs
Nicole Garrett seals permanent role at online giant as bet365 continues to champion internal talent

Bet365 has named Nicole Garrett as the operator’s new head of corporate affairs.
Garrett joined the Stoke-on-Trent-based giant in September 2022 as head of public affairs on an interim basis.
She will now be permanently situated as head of corporate affairs and will lead comms with third-parties, government and various other bodies.
Garrett previously spent two-and-a-half years with the Betting and Gaming Council between April 2020 and September 2022.
She joined the UK trade body as a regulatory affairs manager before being named head of policy and regulatory affairs in April 2021.
The former House of Commons staffer’s appointment follows an ongoing trend at the privately owned firm of championing internal talent.
In April, digital marketing exec Jason Jones was appointed global paid social lead, while earlier this year former ITV producer James Clark was promoted from sports and betting news manager to head of editorial content.
Last September, Martin Redman was elevated to head of international development to replace the long-serving Jon Moss.
