Yolo Group promotes from within for MD position
Joe McCallum moves from directorial role after over half a decade with Estonia-based operator

Yolo Group has appointed Joe McCallum as the new managing director (MD) of its Yolo Entertainment arm.
McCallum moves into the new role after more than six years with the operator in two different roles.
He originally joined the Estonia-based firm in May 2017 as its director of sportsbook before being made director of gaming for B2C in December 2022.
McCallum was at the firm when it rebranded from Coingaming to Yolo Group in September 2021.
Prior to his time at the operator, McCallum spent just over half a decade at William Hill, again in two different positions.
He joined the bookmaker in April 2011 as the firm’s head of customer assurance, a position he held for just over two years. He was then made business lead for new sportsbook in July 2013 and stayed in that role until his departure from William Hill in December 2016.
Elsewhere, Yolo Group recently promoted company stalwart Sandra Vask to become its head of legal for its B2B and B2C brands.
Vask joined the firm in May 2019 as a junior lawyer before becoming a lawyer in June 2020. She was further promoted a year later to senior legal counsel.
Her role before this most recent promotion was as head of legal for the operator’s B2B division, which included brands Bombay Live, OneTouch and Hub88.
