Future Anthem lands new head of marketing from Betway
Jessica Wu links up with AI personalisation firm after leading marketing for Super Group-owned brand in Canada

Future Anthem has appointed former Betway marketing chief Jessica Wu as its new head of marketing.
Wu joins the AI startup after a two-year spell with Betway as the online operator’s head of marketing for Canada.
Wu played a key role for the firm after Ontario regulated in April 2022, leading the marketing strategy for the operator in the province.
In her new role, Wu will be responsible for managing Future Anthem’s marketing efforts as the business looks to solidify its position in North America.
Wu’s appointment comes as Future Anthem revealed it has grown its workforce by 54% over the last 12 months, adding key hires in the shape of Matt Nichols as GM of the Americas, Laura Bird as CFO and Ian Tibot as chief product officer.
Speaking on her arrival, Wu said: “It’s an optimal time to build out the marketing strategy and I’m very excited to join the team. We plan to focus more on our AI products and the amazing results they are achieving for our customers and their players.
“The company is making great waves within the industry – I couldn’t be happier to be part of this journey as we continue to grow from strength to strength,” she added.
Leigh Nissim, Future Anthem CEO, said: “I am thrilled to be welcoming Jessica to the Future Anthem team.
“She brings valuable industry and market experience, having enjoyed demonstrable success at Betway in North America, and she comes equipped with fresh and exciting ideas that can help propel us to new heights as we continue our global expansion,” he added.
