Super Group to sell Digital Gaming Corporation B2B arm to Games Global
Betway and Spin parent company looks to pure B2C focus as it sheds B2B division of recently acquired firm

Super Group is set to sell the non-core B2B division of the recently acquired Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC) to Games Global in an undisclosed deal.
The move comes following Super Group’s acquisition of DGC in January, which the operator plans to use to expand its presence in the US.
With the focus on sole B2C operations via its online sports betting brand Betway and multi-brand online casino Spin, the New York-listed firm has elected to offload DGC’s B2B division.
DGC’s B2B division is currently licensed and operating in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan and Connecticut.
Games Global was established in November 2021 after the supplier purchased Microgaming’s Quickfire distribution business.
The supplier will now look to leverage DGC’s US-facing operations as it looks to expand its global presence.
The sale is set to be completed in H2, subject to standard closing and regulatory approvals.
Speaking on the decision to offload the B2B arm, Super Group CEO Neal Menashe said it made “commercial sense” to allow a pure focus on B2C operations.
The CEO said: “Disposing of DGC’s B2B division makes commercial sense and will allow us to continue to focus solely on our B2C growth in the United States.
“We have been using Games Global’s award-winning content for many years and we are very confident the DGC B2B division will be in great hands. We wish them all the best,” he added.
Walter Bugno, Games Global CEO, commented: “The acquisition of DGC B2B is an extremely exciting opportunity, accelerating Games Global’s entry into the rapidly growing US igaming market. Such a positive move will enable us to access some of the best operators in the sector.”
