Veikkaus adds ex-IGT head as SVP for B2B division
Finnish monopoly operator onboards Jonas Reuter to join top team after 17-year spell with IGT

Veikkaus has appointed IGT veteran Jonas Reuter as its new senior vice-president of its B2B division Fennica Gaming.
Reuter links up with the Finnish giant after spending 17 years with supplier firm IGT across a series of senior positions.
He joined the firm in October 2006 as a Nordics country manager before being named head of Nordics in January 2012.
Reuter was then appointed regional VP of Northern Europe in January 2015 before switching to become regional VP of EMEA in January 2018.
Prior to joining IGT, Reuter spent five years with rival supplier Scientific Games, initially as VP of sales and then as VP of EMEA business development.
Veikkaus launched Fennica Gaming in May last year following the adoption of a new Lotteries Act in Finland.
The division is led by former Veikkaus SVP of new business Timo Kiiskinen as managing director.
Speaking on his arrival, Reuter said: “I am thrilled to announce that I’ve accepted a new position inside the Veikkaus group as senior vice-president for Fennica Gaming. I would like to thank everyone involved in my hiring process for giving me this opportunity.
“I could not have accomplished all of this without the support by my colleagues at IGT. It was an honour to build vast experiences together with you all, and I will carry that knowledge with me into the next phase of my career.
“I cannot wait to embark together with the exciting team at Fennica Gaming on our new journey,” he added.
