888’s chief transformation officer departs
Naama Kushnir to move into independent consultancy role after more than 15 years with online giant

888’s chief transformation officer, Naama Kushnir, has left the London-listed operator after more than 15 years with the firm.
Kushnir becomes the first member of the newly formed 888 executive team to leave the business following its £1.95bn purchase of William Hill International last year.
Kushnir retained her role as chief transformation officer as part of the reshuffle but has now elected to transition to an independent consultancy position.
She originally joined 888 in November 2007 in the group’s HR division, before being named VP of HR in September 2012.
Another promotion followed in September 2016 when Kushnir was appointed as SVP and head of HR.
In March 2019, Kushnir stepped up to the group’s C-level as chief operations officer before switching to chief transformation officer in April 2022.
Speaking on her decision to leave 888, Kushnir said: “After 15 years at 888 it is finally my time to move on. What an adventure I’ve had. It’s impossible to summarise the journey from HR to chief operations officer and more recently as chief transformation officer.
“I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved together as a team and as an organisation and I’m humbled to have had the opportunity to take part in such an amazing story,” she added.
