STS bolsters tech team with head of product promotion
Polish-based operator promotes product owner Pawel Kaiser to head of product role

STS Group has strengthened its product development and innovation arm by promoting Paweł Kaiser to the head of product role.
In his new role, Kaiser will be responsible for aiding in STS’ product development cycle.
In a post on LinkedIn, Kaiser shared the news saying: “Robert Lewandowski has started a new challenge and so have I. I’m starting a new position as head of product at STS Gaming Group.”
STS has made significant investment in technology over the last eighteen months, investing PLN29m (£5.2m) in its product portfolio and technological solutions in 2021.
In total, the group’s product and platform development team consists of approximately 160 employees, including 85 programmers, 55 other employees in technology and platform development, and 20 employees in business intelligence and business analytics.
Enjoying a position of dominance in its native Poland, the firm has positioned itself with a mobile-first strategy based on a proprietary sports betting platform.
The Polish-based operator has already bolstered its tech team this year with the appointment of Jarek Walaszek as CIO in February.
This news comes as STS announced its financial results for Q2 2022, posting a 12.7% year-on-year net gaming revenue (NGR) decline over the period.
The Warsaw-listed firm saw its NGR reach PLN138m, with the decline primarily blamed on tough comparatives arising from the postponed Euro 2020 football tournament which took place last year.
In respect of its performance for the first half of 2022, STS generated NGR of more than PLN296m with revenue remaining largely unchanged from 2021.
