Skywind Group acquires Intouch Games to bolster B2C ambitions
Supplier moves for UK operator to snap up eight online casinos and in-house B2B division with undisclosed purchase agreement

Skywind Group is set to significantly increase its B2C standing after agreeing to acquire UK-based Intouch Games for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 2001, Intouch Games operates eight online casino sites in the UK, which Isle of Man-headquartered Skywind will now be able to boost its presence and visibility in the UK.
Intouch Games boasts more than 500 employees based in the UK, Cyprus, Romania, Vietnam and Taiwan.
Alongside its B2C operations, including Jammy Monkey and mFortune, InTouch Games also operates its own B2B division, Slot Factory.
Slot Factory holds content supply partnerships with the likes of Entain, Playtech, BetVictor and 888.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Intouch Games will be able to add Skywind slots and live casino content to its B2C offering.
The newly combined company is set to see its headcount more than double, as Intouch Games’ 500 staff are joined by more than 600 Skywind employees, based across nine offices.
Skywind is led by former Ladbrokes head of legal Hilary Stewart-Jones as CEO and chair.
In March 2021, Intouch Games was fined £3.4m by the UK Gambling Commission for multiple failings across social responsibility, AML and marketing.
The company failed to adequately interact with customers showing signs of potential problem gambling and also neglected to conduct correct due diligence across source of funds information.
Elsewhere, in August of the same year, the Birmingham-based business reported a 35% uptick in turnover to £84.2m for the year ended 31 July 2020.
