Salsa Technology appoints new CTO
Supplier secures services of Josh Tromans-Jones to lead development of proprietary tech platform

Salsa Technology has appointed Josh Tromans-Jones as the group’s new chief technology officer (CTO).
The supplier has secured the services of the industry veteran of 10 years who has straddled both the operator and affiliate sides of igaming.
He will be responsible for developing Salsa Technology’s proprietary tech platform, delivering the tech roadmap and leading expansion into new markets.
Tromans-Jones will be based in Spain and will report into group CEO Peter Nolte.
The decision to base the CTO in the Iberian nation will allow Salsa Technology to open up another market, according to the firm.
Speaking on Tromans-Jones’ arrival, Nolte said: “Josh is a superb addition to our Salsa team as he brings a wealth of experience of various regulated markets, both inside of Europe and out.
“He will play a vital role in maintaining our position as an industry leader and delivering on our roadmap. It is vital that we continue to have the technology to meet these changing requirements of the industry quickly and efficiently,” he added.
Tromans-Jones said: “Salsa Technology is a company that I have been keeping an eye on for a while, they have very strong offerings in terms of their content and platform, and that has been recognised with the strong portfolio of clients they have been able to amass, especially in recent months.
“One thing is for sure, 2021 is going to be a busy one for the company, and I am delighted to be given the opportunity to be alongside them for the journey,” he added.
