
Fox Bet hires former Disney marketing exec as CMO
Andrew Schneider was pivotal in the launch of ESPN+ and Disney+


Fox Bet has recruited former SVP, marketing for Disney Streaming Services Andrew Schneider as its chief marketing officer (CMO).
Schneider was previously responsible for building the performance marketing facet of the business and contributed to the launch of Disney+ and ESPN+.
He spent three years at the technology giant, after a year as chief digital officer for broadcast media firm TEGNA and another year as charmain for esports platform eSports Hero.
Schneider joins the firm’s New Jersey headquarters where he will report in to CEO Robin Chhabra.
Schneider said: “As sports betting takes off, the Fox Bet brand is in a unique position to succeed in an industry that is evolving every day in the United States.
“I am incredibly motivated by this opportunity together with Robin and my new colleagues at Fox Bet, I’m excited to take our vision and set the bar for sports gaming in the US,” he added.
Also joining the firm as SVP, creative is former XFL creative director Dave Hilton.
Hilton has previously worked with both William Hill and WWE.
