
Genius Sports Media strikes personalisation deal with OtherLevels
Partnership creates single solution for acquisition, player engagement and retention using paid and owned media

Genius Sports Media, the content and marketing arm of Genius Sports Group, has inked a deal with personalisation specialists OtherLevels to form the first personalised, omni-channel marketing service for the gambling sector.
The tie-up makes London-based Genius Sports Media, which is partnered with more than 150 gambling operators, the exclusive distributor for new direct sales of OtherLevels’ Intelligent Messaging Platform and Live In-Play Platform.
By integrating OtherLevels’ products, Genius Sports Media insists it will help customers deliver highly contextual messaging across digital media, in-app and web-based push messaging, SMS and email.
Genius Sports Media commercial director Josh Linforth said: “Integrating OtherLevels’ platform into our offering for customers adds a new dimension of sophistication to our suite of products and creates one, unified offering for personalised campaigns at scale.”

Earlier this month, Genius Sports won an injunction in the Danish courts against a rival sports data company over the alleged duplication of its business model and the alleged poaching of staff.
