Ex-Entain exec joins Golden Nugget to lead multi-state igaming rollout
Adam Pan-Latimer will relocate from the UK to Texas in new role as director of the company’s casino operations

Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) has appointed former head of gaming for Entain Adam Pan-Latimer as casino operations director.
Pan-Latimer will be responsible for GNOG’s casino product vertical revenue across all markets and will manage a team of operations specialists.
He will focus his efforts on delivering the online casino operator’s multi-state igaming rollout and strategy, optimizing casino operations, and driving content delivery.
Pan-Latimer had a two-year spell managing P&L across Entain’s Ladbrokes and Betdaq brands in Ireland.
He spent more than two years managing VIP, poker, bingo, and exchange games for Flutter’s Betfair Exchange after 10 years as a professional poker player.
Pan-Latimer will work remotely from the UK for a few months before relocating to Houston, Texas, to work from GNOG’s corporate headquarters by July.
GNOG president Thomas Winter said: “We were looking for someone with igaming experience with a history of success derived from an analytical approach to operations and Adam comfortably ticked these boxes and more.
“He also has broad range of commercial experience outside of casino that includes the poker, exchange, bingo and VIP management verticals, which demonstrates his ability to adapt and learn, all of which will be crucial for success in the ever-evolving US igaming marketplace,” he added.
GNOG is in the process of scaling its business in order to launch in additional states beyond New Jersey and Michigan in coming months.
Winter recently told EGR North America the operator was seeking to bring some of its front-end technology in-house and develop its own online casino games.
GNOG is plotting online casino launches in Pennsylvania and West Virginia this year.
Elsewhere, the firm has partnered with digital marketing agency Incubeta to control its analytics, media buying, and paid search data.
The agency is a verified Google Marketing Platform Partner and has previously worked with Canadian sports betting operator theScore.
