Rush Street's Evan Davis joins new betting consultancy firm
Pivot Sports Group is led by former Philadelphia Eagles SVP of business Ari Roitman
Former VP and general counsel of Rivers Casino Philadelphia Evan Davis has joined consulting practice Pivot Sports Group.
Davis left the Rush Street-owned property earlier this month after five years and will now advise the retail and online casino industry on marketing and revenue generation in betting.
He played a crucial role in building and launching the operator’s Pennsylvania betting operations with Rush Street Gaming, including its mobile app, which launched in 2019.
Davis told EGR North America: “I had a wonderful experience with Rush Street and learned a great deal during my nearly five-year tenure with the company.
“Ultimately, I jumped at an opportunity to continue to build upon what I’ve accomplished so far,” he added.
On his new role, Davis said he was excited to stay active in the world of US sports betting.
Pivot Sports Group is led by Ari Roitman, former SVP business for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Roitman has also spent time as VP for corporate sales and marketing at Major League Baseball.
