Mark Kemp nets BoyleSports CEO role
Former Ladbrokes Coral exec and current UK Tote Group MD to join Irish betting operator

BoyleSports has recruited UK Tote Group managing director Mark Kemp as its new CEO.
Kemp has served as MD of UK Tote Group since the Alizeti-led buyout of the business in October 2019 from Betfred and will take over at BoyleSports in August.
Since then, Kemp has overseen the development of the firm’s new brand identity and digital product.
A veteran of the industry, Kemp spent five years as gaming director for digital, retail and omni for UK bookmaker Coral, later being appointed MD of Ladbrokes Coral in April 2017.
Speaking about his new role, Kemp said: “The BoyleSports CEO role provides an excellent opportunity to lead an already strong, well-performing business, with its own technology and very experienced teams.
“I look forward to working with those teams to further grow BoyleSports across both the digital and retail channels, targeting market share growth in existing markets while continuing to seek out new ones,” Kemp added.

BoyleSports founder and chairman John Boyle highlighted Kemp’s experience of leading international expansion and the role he had played in developing UK Tote Group’s emerging digital business, something which Boyle cited as critical for the company going forward.
Current BoyleSports CEO Conor Gray will transition to commercial director of the Irish-based bookmaker, focusing on the continued expansion of the business in Ireland, the UK and internationally.
Boyle paid tribute to the role Gray has played in expanding the business during his tenure.
“I would like to thank Conor Gray for his invaluable contribution to the growth of BoyleSports,” said Boyle.
“In his five years at the helm of our company he has added 150 shops to our retail network and has grown our digital business by more than 100%.
“This restructuring will allow Conor to seek out and realise new opportunities for BoyleSports across the globe,” he added.
