The office is located on the first floor of 55 Athol Street in the central business district in the capital of Douglas. Local landmarks include the Douglas Marina and the IOM shopping hub of Strand Street.
“I’m very pleased to have reached an agreement on this new lease and to be moving to 55 Athol Street,” Gamesys Group IOM general manager Ben Wood said.

The London-listed firm’s IOM hub focuses on the operator’s booming Japan business and plays host to newly recruited Japanese-speaking employees.
The Athol Street office, which dates back to the 18th century, has been significantly renovated to incorporate several features geared around employee wellbeing.
These include a fully equipped gym with changing rooms and showers, a secure bike park, breakout areas and an emphasis on natural lighting.
Tevir Group MD Ciaran Doherty added: ‘We are delighted to welcome Gamesys to 55 Athol Street.
“They are a leading and well-respected brand within their industry and it is really positive news that they have chosen to open an office here in Douglas, further developing their operations on the Isle of Man which were first established last year.
“With only one office suite remaining, the response we have had since the refurbishment was completed 15 months ago has been fantastic,” Doherty added.
Other occupants of the Athol Street site include London-headquartered investment banking firm Canaccord Genuity.
