LeoVegas launches proprietary live casino brand
LiveCasino.com will launch in English-speaking markets initially as part of operator’s multi-brand platform strategy

LeoVegas has launched a new proprietary live casino brand called LiveCasino.com.
LiveCasino.com is the second brand to be launched on its proprietary multi-brand Brands of Leo online gambling platform after GoGoCasino, which launched in March.
It will first be launched in English-speaking countries, before being rolled out in other jurisdictions across Europe.
In April, LeoVegas completed the migration of its UK-facing Rocket X-managed brands onto the platform as part of business-wide cost saving measures.
LeoVegas has an existing live casino partnership with Evolution Gaming for Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Casino Hold’em and Live Baccarat in markets including Spain.
LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman hailed the firm’s technical team, saying that they had done a fantastic job in taking live casino to “a whole new level”.
“Given our ambition to take a position as the global leader in online casino, it is natural to offer a brand targeted at Live Casino,” said Hagman. “We want to create a natural gathering place for everyone who loves playing games such as roulette and blackjack.”
LeoVegas will publish its Q1 2020 revenue figures this week, although the group could be negatively impacted later in the year if new deposit and bonus restrictions are introduced in Sweden.
Hagman was one of five industry CEOs who last week wrote a letter to warn of a potential market exodus in Sweden if the limits are implemented.
