Stockholm-listed operator’s Wimbledon office breaks into Great Place To Work’s top 32 large company awards

Kindred Group has been voted the 30th best place to work in the UK in a recent awards ceremony hosted by Great Place To Work.
The operator was ranked in the large company category, which assessed firms of between 251 and 1,000 employees.
According to Kindred workers in the operator’s Wimbledon office, a diverse workforce and job security were key factors in Kindred being a top place to work.

The company also offer lunchtime mindful mediation sessions.
The Stockholm-listed firm moved its 400-strong Wimbledon workforce into a new, purpose-built office building called Kindred House back in 2017.
Kindred Group CEO Henrik Tjärnström said: “Being a ‘Great Place to Work’ means ensuring everyone at Kindred is supported and enabled to achieve their ambition and feels part of a very special team.”
Kindred Group was the only egaming firm on the list, while global giants including PayPal (14), Adobe (5), Lindt (4) and Workday (1) ranked highly.
The rankings were compiled based on 17 open-ended, essay style questions filled out by the relevant company’s HR and reported to Great Place To Work.
