Position Reports To: Head of Acquisition

Role Purpose: To develop and implement the current affiliate strategy and assist in meeting the key acquisition objectives of the affiliate team. Aggressive recruitment of new affiliates

Location: Bucharest, Romania


  • Drive targeted traffic to the GoWIld‰Ûªs group websites through the affiliate marketing channel
  • Actively seek and recruit new affiliates in key markets in order to expand the programme
  • Manage, retain and maximise the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
  • Motivating existing affiliates to optimize performance
  • Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
  • Manage campaign performance against deliverables to ensure that optimal results are achieved on a case-by-case basis in line with strategic objectives
  • Plan, execute, optimise and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
  • Create and implement online advertising campaigns
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
  • Work in accordance with the established strategy and within budget to achieve set targets
  • Analyse profitability of campaign


  • 3+ years of strong affiliate management experience, with deep knowledge of online casinos
  • Thorough understanding of the online casino industry in the Nordic or German markets. Proven personal connection and network of top affiliates in those markets
  • Excellent ability to sell the benefits of the affiliate program and acquire new business in key markets
  • Strong analytical skills. Excellent ability to analyse data, performance of affiliates and campaigns
  • Sales mentality, focused on acquiring new business and driving operations to optimize value and profitability
  • Excellent Swedish / German communication skills: speaking, written and reading. Additional languages ‰ÛÒ a plus
  • Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
