Kindred Group has enjoyed tremendous success with our Bingo product and are now strengthening the team with a Bingo Product Manager. We are looking for a candidate that will be the key player in driving continued success.

With a partner, Kindred operates its own bingo product with a lot of freedom and flexibility. The product is offered on different markets and on several brands. Our ambition is to have the most exciting and modern product as possible, covering all relevant channels and local markets.

Reporting to the Head of Bingo,  you will gather business requirements, write detailed functional specifications and bring new ideas to our bingo product. You will own the delivery of a bingo roadmap that aligns the strategic planning for profitability, feature development and growth across multiple brands, platforms and markets and supports the wider Kindred Group strategy.

You will be a key player in ensuring continued success for the Bingo product and get the chance to first hand orchestrate how we further strengthen our position in the market.

What will you be doing?

– Work alongside management to develop and execute the strategic plans for the Bingo product

– Translate product strategy and business requirements into product requirements

– Own the product management and delivery and tracking of the bingo roadmap across multiple brands and markets

– Create user stories and write specifications for internal development teams and external partners

– Gain an in-depth understanding and shape the business requirements to identify and fill product gaps

– Taking part in creating new innovative product and promotional ideas and recommend ways to create the best Bingo product and marketing opportunities

– Cross channel responsibility with a focus on driving mobile engagement

– Together with internal functions manage new integrations and migrations

– Build and manage relationships with in house delivery teams and external suppliers

– Analyse player behaviour, player activity and trends and draw relevant conclusions for product improvements

– Interact with customer support and user testing teams to understand the player requirements

– Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness

What have you done?

– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

– Able to gather and understand business requirements and write functional specifications for development teams

– Experienced and passionate product owner with a track record of managing and developing an online gaming product and delivering tangible results

– Extensive understanding of the online gaming industry

– Mobile first mentality and experience

– A meticulous eye for improving user journeys and user experience

– Data driven approach to decision making

– Capability to engage and motivate colleagues and fellow team members

– Lives and breathes online, loves technology and is passionate about gaming and gambling

– Experience from working with third party suppliers

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Can do attitude with a positive mindset
