Sweden’s unregulated market rises 17% in H1

Monopoly online revenues record double-figure growth despite continued increase in unregulated gambling

Sweden’s unregulated market saw a 17% year-on-year rise in revenues to SEK 2.7bn (£251m) for H1, gambling authority Lotteriinspektionen has reported. Figures revealed unregulated revenues accounted for 54% of the total online market for the first six months of the year. Online revenues made up 44% of the entire Swedish gambling market for the period.…
